You can request the deletion of your SOH Check account and all
associated data at any time, in two ways:
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
Open the SOH Check app
Go to the Settings tab
Tap "Delete my account" and confirm
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 2 — By email (without the app)
Send your request to
contact@zantys.comfrom the email address associated with your account, with the subject
"SOH Check account deletion".
Your request will be processed within 30 days at most, with an email confirmation.
Data that is deleted
Your account (email, sign-in credentials, including Sign in with Apple, which is revoked)
Your Tesla connection and the associated access tokens
Your registered vehicles (VIN) and battery data
Your SOH reports
Data kept temporarily after deletion
Payment records (date, amount, transaction reference): kept for
10 years to comply with statutory accounting obligations. They contain no banking data.
Security logs (IP address, user-agent): purged at most 12 months
after they were recorded.
