| Payments | Purchase history (date, amount, status, transaction reference). The payment itself is processed by Apple (iOS), Google Play (Android) or Stripe: we never receive or store your card number. |

Access to your vehicle goes through the official Tesla API, with your explicit authorization (OAuth). Tesla access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and are never shared with third parties.

Your data is never sold. It is processed by the following providers, strictly for the purposes of the service:
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (notably in the United States). Those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

All communications are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Tesla and Apple tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed with Argon2. Data access is logged and limited to what is strictly necessary.
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data. To exercise them, write to contact@zantys.com. We reply within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app (Settings → Delete my account) or through our account deletion page.
The service is not intended for anyone under 15 years of age.
If this policy changes substantially, the date at the top of this page will be updated and you will be notified in the app where appropriate.
